What is the best way to create a character

Since three years I been writing novel perspective and story plot,although I am not good at stabilizing a proper story or in simple words not that good of a creator for initializing

the story plot from base to till to an end. I am sure you understand and as for those who don't know how to create a perfect character(Protagonist or Main heroine)  this is the perfect place for you to start.  

So lets get down to business shell we :-So the best way for you to create a perfect character firstly you need to learn ways of emotion or you simply need to understand way how other feel. I know,I know its easier said then done I know that myself but if you really need to make a character who can become more appealing and relatable to others then this is the only choice 

you have if you want to make your story good for others because knowing readers nowdays they probably got bored by the character like- overpowered protagnist,overly genius protagnist etc. I think you understand what I mean and I think you also know that to attract readers you need to create something which really attached to their core all I am saying is that you don't have to create utterly foolish character like mentioned above its okay create main character like nice and simple boy or for the taste of change you can also create main character with bad personility and then changed into something better because of some events well this is something feels like antagonist but bad main character also be good for story for readers, to relate it perfectly you can also take a example of light yagami the main protagonist of death note. Like we all know death note sold great in manga and got 10/10 rate in myanimelist.net by both western and japanies viewer because in story main character is not some type of easy going nice boy, it got high result because of the main character is badass so try think outside of the box so that's why try to understand other feeling like I said before because in this world not a single human's feeling is same everyone in this live with their own feelings and emotions which is hide in heart try to break those cage however we never know where our main character is? Do we all we know it could be around anywhere around this world,so to find our main character we need to start searching from our family and friends right?

 It could be our childhood friend or our classmate or it could be our mom,dad,sister,brother so to find our main character we need to understand their feeling that’s why my suggestion is that to consider to understand the feeling of those who around you.from now on give time to your family and friend will you? Once you understand how they feel then you can able to create a character who will touch everyone heart and then you can see the difference between your character and other. You can able find your character relatable too
